I like to bring curiosity and a reflective space to sessions, and to have creative and open discussions with clients. I can be detail-focused at times in my approach, and tend to work well with clients who like a goal directed approach to therapy, and are looking to make some changes in their life. 

I have experience in providing individual counselling for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and motivation difficulties. I work with adults, but don’t see couples or children.

My approach draws on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based treatments, self-compassion, feedback-informed, and solution-focused treatments.
